  Series\, a free\, one-hour training that explores curated scholarly artic
 les\, books\, and evidence-based practices on sexual abuse prevention and 
 supervision. Through collaborative discussion with peers\, you'll leave ea
 ch session with concrete\, research-backed strategies you can apply in you
 r work.\n\nLet’s grow and learn—together.\n\nThis month\, we'll be rev
 iewing the 2026 article "The Hackett continuum revised: a developmentally 
 and contextually informed framework for children's sexual behaviour" by Si
 mon Hackett. Journal of Sexual Aggression\, 1-26. This paper presents a 
 revised Hackett Continuum for children’s sexual behaviours\, with childr
 en defined as all persons under 18 years. The revision updates the languag
 e and constructs of the original model\, links five descriptive strands to
  three overarching categories – developmentally expected sexual behaviou
 r\, problematic sexual behaviour and HSB – and applies to both in-person
  and digitally mediated behaviours.\n\nOn Tuesday\, December 1\, 2026\n\n1
